Seems these two have changed
may be called something else now, anyone know which file these where called from? So I can look for it?

nope..
i think you misunderstood
which file uses "cThemeItem" it's not the items.txt or safehouse.txt seems to be different file.

those belong in items.txt... they aren't in the original items.txt but were introduced with the DLC. I wrote those codes specifically, I should know

I asked about those as well. I was wondering if there was anything similar to them for OTR.

I thought of adding such attributes to the facewear items, like empty and default, but it did nothing.
