examples:
saw the street fighter animations mod and got bored while trying it out so i ended up "finishing" this instead
changes chuck into a black dude. pretty much every outfit that doesn't have huge chunks of white skin that aren't on the arms (stuff with legs showing, chest showing etc) work. just whatevs.
headwear, hatwear, shoes whatever all work perfectly since it's the same skeleton as default. default hair is still default hair, but if you choose shaved head headwear then you'll get the regular shaved head (actual) of the model.
same as everything else for installations, unpack npcs stick the files in repack npcs
