Can someone make a chaotic mod?

I will occasionally play DR2 OTR with my older cousin, and I want to do a little trolling. I know he likes the basic spiked bat combo so can someone make a mod where every time you pick up a bat or something 1-10 phycos spawn. It could be one of each, all of one, all of one but differs each time, idrc. I do not care what the contents are, just chaotic. If I am expected to pay, then we'll have to wait until I get the funds .

I also downloaded mods from another site and cannot seem to figure out how to apply them to my game.
