how to get a port of Willamette Parkview Mall

seen this insurgency sandstorm mod that looks really really cool

but i wanna not only port it to insurgency but other games as well (pavlov, gmod, rising storm 2, etc) would anybody have any tips how to do this??

also if possible, the insurgency sandstorm mod in question is from the original dead rising release and not the remastered version, would it be possible to get a port from the remastered version instead?
