Add a test file.
I've tried disguising body parts as weapons before.
But it becomes an object that cannot be shot or picked up.
See previous text. Freako mentioned Dwayne found make people into weapons/map objects.
I tested again. Not sure if it refers to the same method.
After using this little thing, the NPC will become unable to shoot.
Test it for people who are bored and want to confirm the effect like me...
Put the file in "Dead Rising 2 Off the Record\data\dynamicprops"
Replace the handgun.
Sandbox testing available.
Effect
Hold down the right mouse button to aim and you won't be able to shoot...
Clicking the left mouse button directly... will have the effect of delaying random shots in random directions. I haven't hit a zombie yet...
However, it seems that the combat weapon can be modified in this way.
When I find a suitable MESH later, I will upload it into the battle weapon.

Also. I'm putting here a little thing that won't have results.
Inspired by solidcal's "HOW TO DO MODEL IMPORTS FOR DR2".
I can't disguise as a vehicle with NPC,
But you can inject Mesh into the vehicle in the way solidcal uses.
So I got this weird thing.
The lack of UV was observed.
Therefore texture edits should not be reflected on the vehicle.
You can no bind the weight when injecting the mesh.
Can also be bound.
I deliberately did not bind to see the weird spinning wheel. (After binding, it will not rotate randomly. But it is deliberately reserved for subsequent editing and display)
The height coordinates of each part are a bit offset. But it is not difficult to deal with.
When I have time in the future, I will try to handle the mesh well.
Kind of like a kid playing with a cardboard train...
It's just that if there is no UV... this thing is really meaningless.
