Is it possible to open shutters if storyline ended? I want to do second playthrough at some point and was wondering if manually unlocking shutters is even possible or do I need Brad for that?

Go to where Brad would normally press the button to open the shutters, there will be a prompt there to open it yourself. |

I thought this can only be done while playing the story. Thanks!
