[Step 1] - Unpack the contents on the downloaded .rar file (WinRAR, 7Zip) and launch Watchdog (PC).exe

[Step 2] - Launch DEAD RISING through Steam & Watchdog will automatically connect to the game.
Rebooting the game or clicking the green "reset" button will purge all of your applied cheats allowing you to start from fresh!
