How do you find out Item IDs for swapping/adding items?

I've had an issue with finding the item IDs for adding items for Dead Rising PC, for instance:

I try to add some food item dispensers in the security room for infinity mode as a little debug/clutch room. However, I can not find anywhere the item IDs for any items, and its kind of confusing for me considering the easiness of modding compared to Dead Rising 2 and OTR. 

Can anyone give me any pointers to find these Item ID's?
