And how do I do that ?? and my question was synonymous if already exist mods that make your simple yes as an answer does not help me much

You can install any skin mod you like you just have to rename the file from "chest_SWAT_Outfit_f" to "chest_SWAT_Outfit". (as an example)
Then all you have to do is move the files to the npcs folder
