This tool can convert a .DDS Texture File into .rTexture for Dead Rising (PC) - And Vise Versa.

[Extracting a .rTexture] > Simply Drag and drop the .rTexture onto the EXE and it will output a .DDS texture.
[Converting .DDS into .rTexture] > Simply Drag and drop the .DDS (DXT 1/5 w/ Mipmaps) texture onto the .EXE and it will pack it back to .rTexture.
