BUG in Run for the Money Mission i need DEBUG

I need enable DEBUG MODE in DR2OTR for repair mission BUG ...
Mision bug: break a yukatan Drill before start mision "Run for the Money" and now i go to yukatan casino and no drill no mercenaries and not is posible complete the mission...

trying turn back timer (with hack), i try edit "datafile.big\mission.txt" for restart, saving and restarting waypoints and nothing never respawn mercenaries or drill...
i try this (deadrising2mods.proboards.com/post/8834/thread) but is for "2012 version" and the last version is from 2015...

ANY IDEA? I NEED HELP! ... ty
