DR2 OTR Compilation Mod Project II (CMP Mod 2)

I've gotten a few requests for my

Compilation Mod Project II Mod, so I made a new download thread.

GAME: Dead Rising II Off The Record + all retail/legal the DLCs.

There were many mods to choose from, but no single mod had all the features that I wanted. So, I did a little modding of my own... easier than I initially thought. Although, I think I saw a post saying that Dead Rising II Off The Record was an easy game to mod. Regardless, I learned a little programming (very little) and how to manipulate Dead Rising II Off The Record files. Building my custom mod was actually fun. Although it is more of a compilation of existing modes put together.

I don't claim credit here... its just something that I compiled for my personal enjoyment and felt that others might enjoy it as well... credit goes out to the individual mods and their respective mod makers (found at the website listed above).

BASE MOD USED: Alexs Home-made Mods + Combined Mods

DESCRIPTION LIST:

- Unlimited Firearm Ammo
- Swords and Melee Weapons Durability Increase (2000+)
- Food Heals Increase (three more blocks of health than before)
- Vehicles Durability Increase
- SportS-car and Blitzkrieg Location (parked outside the Royal Flush Plaza, and the Chopper is parked across the rock from the car)
- The Megaman Blaster
- Freako's underwear clothing dispenser
- Billy's short-cut mod
- Slimmer Body Skins (for Frank when wearing the Protoman, Soldier and Ninja Outfits)
- DLC clothing Dispenser(inside the safe-house restroom (Cyborg, Chef, Cosplay, and Fireman costumes)
- Buy Explosive Weapons Snack Machine (located around the map... you'll need to figure it out... can't remember which is which)


NOTE:

The most powerful weapon is the Queen Bee Jar. It has a full punch that wipes away all zombies every time you go into a new area. This might cause the game to crash if you're not careful... so please save our game after each kill in an area and before going to another area again... if you start killing zombies at 0, one break of a jar, and poof, you'll get 2k killed in a blink

You can also buy Queen bee Jars and Wingman Jars, but from the weapons vending machines... one purchase cost millions, but money is too easy; 1 smash from ATM machines gets you $1mil... Money Hacker you'll get $4mil... Cash Registers gives you 200k and Casino Machines and Slot Machines give multiples of winnings from before.

- Wingman Jars(5 per buy) costs $10million
- Queen Bee Jars(5 per buy) costs $5million

Also, be aware, explosive weapons have larger and wider radius... be minded to go away a little after throwing them... except for Molotovs. Firearms have a faster rate of fire, water-guns can kill zombies, handguns have an effect like the six shooters and Blambow has wide explosive radius too!

Among eight Survivors, you'll get to see 1 Tiger, 3 Assault Rifle-armed Soldiers, 1 LMG-armed soldier, and 3 ladies:

- Rebecca with LMG
- Stacy in a Phenotrans Agent suit with LMG
- Lulu the Bunny with Six Shooter
- Snowflake the Tiger

DISCLAIMER: I did nothing except gather and combined other peoples work. Credit goes to all the original mod makers. This was made for my personal game enhancement and thought others might enjoy it.

NOTE:  You need a compression/decompression program like 7-Zip (https://www.7-zip.org/) that can handle ZIP and RAR files. After opening the ZIP, you find a RAR which contains the actual mod file and text instruction!!!


INSTALL:

1. Backup the current "datafile.big" located inside the Dead Rising 2 Off the Record data folder.

2. Extract the "datafile.big" into your game's data folder (overwrite is ok as long as a backup was made).

** Example Location; C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Dead Rising 2 Off the Record\data...).

I've so far noticed issues with the Mega Blasted (It fires nothing and does 0 damage) and the outfits (they don't actually equip a different outfit, it's just frank's normal outfit). Otherwise great mod. Don't suppose (that ia, if you know how) if you could increase weapon damage dealt to humans, increase PP for kills (Making you reach Lv. 50 faster) and make money from everything (Slot machines included) increase? (Like instead of $100 when you destroy a slot machine, $100,000 instead?)
