Fired up Dead Rising 1 on the xbox 360 as I'm away from my PC this weekend. First thing i noticed is that holy shit this is a lot harder! i found out why pretty quick as i played and my actions seemed a lot slower due to the framerate of 30fps on the xbox 360 verison. on PC i'm able to play the game at 144fps on my 144hz monitor and my actions and movements are a lot snappier and the game feels a lot quicker over all. I think the increased frame rate of the game made the game a lot easier. once i'm home i'm going to lock my game at 30fps to see if get the same effect.
Frank moves pretty slow at low levels but at 30fps..holy shit i feel someone slapped 50lb weights to his legs. This was the original version i played back 2006 on release and i feel like a scrub playing it haha. Not sure if anyone else feels this way too.
