Achievement did not unlock outfit

Hello y'all,

so I finally got nearly every single achievement there is, but something glitched.
When I unlocked the achievements "Hella Copter", "Perfect Gunner" and "Karate Champ" I just waited until the last of these three blobed up und then started a new game, without even saving.

My problem now is, that these achievements are unlocked via steam, but the brown bags for the outfits are missing - and I can't get them again (for example i started a new game and killed about 1,200 Zombies unarmed and there was nothing)...

Is there a way to modify my save, so these outfits (Special Forces Uniform, Ammo Belt, Pro Wrestling Briefs) are unlocked?
Or is there a mod, where everything is unlocked?
