Hello everyone here , this is my first post here.Nice looking forum.I used to play Dead Rising 2 GFWL version years ago and I used Texmod and "WASD-ZQSD to Arrows.tpf" package when playing because I use the Arrow keys.This does not work anymore because I can't get Texmod to load DR2 OTR , it just crashes.I tried Umod and no luck either.
Can I just replace these icons myself? I have downloaded and learned the basics when it comes to using Gibbed DeadRising2 Tools to extract big files.I just cannot find those icons and would appreciate any help.Thanks in advance it would mean alot to me since I love this game but cannot enjoy the game when it comes to the QTE's and the wrong icons.I basically would just need the name of those particular files.
BTW I'm using autohotkey to rebind keys since the keymap text file had some strange issues with some numpad keys I was trying to rebind.
Found out how to get Dead Rising 2 Off the Record to work with Texmod.I extracted the images of the arrow keys from the old tpf file and renamed them with the correct Hex Identifier since that was made for Dead Rising 2. Than made a new tpf file so now I have Arrow key prompts again which makes my life a lot easier.Thanks anyways
