lawn mower/excavator stutter fix, etc

hello ,
at first, sorry for my bad english  or any lame questions :/

p. s. note: I like a bit better the xbox 360 version than pc , because 1. 'motions' seems more accurate and faster (maybe 30 fps causes? & no vsync?) 2. 3d modells animations and bleeding -physics- is more realistic for me (+ more blood > example : if you use 'sickle' for decapitate..   3. coloring are better somehow.. more stunning/depressing all darker, stronger reds etc..
even so, I like the PC version also..

so the mod requests:
1. I would like to turn off the lawn mower/excavator screen stuttering (or all factory 'tearing'/stutter), if it possible. This is very eye-irritating on pc / monitor.  (not on xbox
2. fix some too fast disappearing textures, blood,  etc.. keep them more time on the screen. maybe is there any timing 'settings' ? It would make more close to Xbox 'experience'

3. modify zombies 3d modells.. fix lame or faulty textures , like this (change onto
real guts example :]  or creates even scarier faces (as lucio fulci's zombies --->




Any of these mods is possible??

(I'm only responding to mod requests right now...) 

1. I never remembered any stuttering while using the chainsaw in the PC version. (However, if you have an issue, you could always turn on Vsync in the Graphics Settings.)

2. The blood problem seems to come from the fact that this PC Version was (possibly) made from a more earlier Xbox 360 version (aka NOT RETAIL) (Link: deadrising2mods.proboards.com/thread/2440/dead-rising-1-pc-opinion) View the entire thread for more info.

3. We (as a group/community) are trying to do so, but it's a little hard and stiff right now. If you want to help us, check: deadrising2mods.proboards.com/thread/2523/dead-rising-tutorials-model-fixing

Extra: The "Missing" textures don't actually look like missing textures to me. Rather, they look like 2 textures overlapping each other...

I have some questions;

1. Here are 3 file name: jk0200_BM, jk0200_MM, jk0200_NM . I can edit only the first one dds. If i think well ,NM is normal map file, but what is jk0200_MM?
2. Can recommend to me a good software for editing NM(normalmap) files + full 3d models (BM+NM+MM files at same time)? I tried "Gimp" with plugins, but didn't work. Btw, Quickbms CAN extract these files (NM,MM) flawlessly/successfully? I'm not sure in.. Sometimes I got an qbms error? messages and I can't open them ever, but it would be good.:/
3. Can i decompressing/handling the files of Xbox 360 version? (example transfer xbox textures to pc version) what programs are needed(or any faq)? Is it possible?

Software problems are solved (partially). Photoshop CS6 works well. (Win10 x64) >>
I tried increase the gore level of game, so I replaced a graphic texture for a 'real' meat photo (source: google) >

So seems most of it got answred for you but to be sure. I've had no stutter issues. If the game stutters for you that much, it might just be your settings as I have no issues like that at all. Also never noticed any overlapping textures like you have. Gonna ask, but is it steam bought, aka you actually paid for it or did you download it via pirate stuff? If you downloaded it via pirate stuff, then that would be why it has a tone of issues.

Thanks for suggestion. Yes, it's a pirate copy. I'm going to try a 'clean version' soon.
Btw I'm skeptical a bit, because i had stutter problems only with 2 weapon (lawn mower/excavator), everything else works well.
But I am interested..
