I know this game supports the controller natively but it doesn't work with the offical Sony dongle nor my bluetooth adapter unless I have it emulate Xinput :/ I even tried renaming the PS4 files with no luck. If someone would be kind enough to make this I'd as I'm sure others as well will really appreciate it!  |

Anyone? If any help trying to create this myself and release it would be appreciated it. I have the arc unpacker but not sure how to open retexture files.

Still trying to do this without any luck. I figured it might be pretty simple since the game already has the DS4 button icons in game.

I'm no scientist or anything, but why can't you just use a PC keyboard instead?
If you seriously wanted a controller, just buy a Xbox one (controller) instead.

Because I prefer to game on my TV and not at my desk. This is 2017 not 1999. More and more PC gamers use a controller now. I own a 360 controller, Xbox one controller and so on. I prefer the PS4 controller. If you weren't able to help I would've preferred someone like you to not reply. Thanks.

No need to be insulting to people. Anyway just use a ps4 controller with it's USB, game will display ps4 button promts then. Not really hard as the game detects the ps4 controller by default.

I apologize for my insults. I just waited forever for a reply and get a reply saying use kb/mouse :/ I know it detects it natively but it doesn't work with the official dongle just when it's plugged in via the cable. Anyway thanks.

This place is pretty dead, if you get a response inside of 2 weeks thats a quick one I dont own a PS4 controller so dont quote me on this but I recall some guys at Xtras saying they needed to use some 3rd party app to get it to work wireless with MAME and other emus. I would assume the same would be true of Dead Rising. The controller support in the series is pretty abysmal, my wireless 360 controller wont work and you got to monkey around to get 3rd party wired 360 controllers to work. So in all honesty I wouldnt hold my breath on getting the PS4 to work wireless |
