Where are all the xml's or editable text files?

I'd like to do some text modding of game parameters like I did for DR2 and DR3, but I'm having trouble finding which arc's to extract which have any of these moddable text files.  Has anyone found any bunches of them, or key files for editing general game parameters?

Maybe if someone created a dot arc file opener we can maybe start looking but for now we wont be able to modify unless someone on this forum can teach us. Here's an example but no link for download nor tutorial on how to modify to get what mod he has :
