Manual ArcTool allows you to extract the contents of .ARC files for editing the contents within them. The edited folders can then be re-imported back into a .ARC file for use in the game. This is desirable if modifying the original game data is what you're looking to achieve.

Simply Drag and drop your .Arc onto the .exe and it will unpack, then make your edits and drag the root folder back onto the exe and it will compile a brand new .Arc
