I've created an off the record suit skin for Frank but I can't for the life of me figure out how to package it. If anyone could give me a hand by packaging it I would be extremely grateful. It should be packaged over the default textures as it includes a hair skin which happens to be the hair texture straight from off the record, a pants skin, and a jacket skin.
