If you're editing textures, then you might feel kind of exhausted constantly having to restart the game and wait for it to load. You actually don't have to do this.
Just replace the .arc file you want, alt tab back into the game and reload the model (either via triggering a loading screen or if it's a costume: by donning another outfit and reverting back to the one you're retexturing). I didn't know this myself and I couldn't find any info on this, so I just thought I'd share this nugget of wisdom.

Basically if no one get's it already. You can replace arc files while you are playing the game. All you need to do is leave the area and go back in to it. Thus the changes take effect.
