Here is a list of outfit with their file names. They are all in the nativeblahblah64 folder and are somewhere near the bottom. Just look for cos002 or whatever in the name and you'll see the section with outfits.
Frank in game head model and hands and his cutscene head are in arcromsystem_common and arcromplpl01pl01.
