Yup we are all excited. I already pre-purchased it on Steam. Next month can't come any quicker. Will be nice to go through it again and be able to freely mod it.

In my opinion. The amount of people who are new to Dead Rising that will play overwhelms the amount of die hard fans like us who have been here since the start. This brings up my opinion of the "unwanted attention" and such. I'd hate for everyone to start talking about Dead Rising again. But sure, maybe they did play the game. Maybe we will love 1080p 60fps. Maybe it will be awesome and everyone will love it. All I know is the toxic youtube community (not everyone is but most youtubers who have 300K+ subs) will milk the game to death. I cant wait for videos like Deadrising quick GUIDE 100% legit. That happens with all games though. I just thing DR1 is special and should be preserved not tainted. Also, it comes out 3 days after my b-day. So. Ill get it asap.

I just logged on to Steam today, saw the Capcom weekend thing and went looking for some sales.

I almost had a heart attack when I saw that there was a Dead Rising 1 port on Steam. I had heard nothing about it before.

I kind of wish they added co-op in the 10 years time, if there was one thing to add to this game, that would make it perfect. At least we get 5 saves now

With one difference, on a PC we will be able to run a sniffer and see exactly what assets are being used to play those soundfiles then hopefully reverse engineer that dual channel abomination of a sound format.
