I can't seem to find the Frank West outfit within the clothing locker. I've seen it in the Xbox One version and heard it's "in the files" of Dead Rising 3 on PC, could I please have an explanation of obtaining the outfit in-game? I'd also like information on how to do the same with the other outfits that are directly in Dead Rising 3 on Xbox One but aren't on the PC, for example; Chuck Greene's outfit as well, would really appreciate it as I love character customization.

It was a DLC/preorder bonus. You can try the DLC Unlocker in the DEAD RISING REPOSITORY Just make sure you block Steam in your firewall. They might get pissy about using an unlocker

50percentjoe has a file up that edits the preorder.bin that will unlock the outfits and let's you mix and match the outfit parts with other outfits. I have used on steam and it does not get pissy about it. All capcom didn't do was change the code to enable them to work by default. So all you need to do is pretty much replace the file with the modded one and there you go. Day 1 outfits and the weapons to come with them too.
