Im working on a Gandalf mod for Dead Rising 2. This is intended to be a humorous theme mod (like PsychoPath, Ninja etc)
Goals of the mod/to include
1. A magic staff (the pushbroom
) This causes massive damage, electrocutes zombies without striking just being within a few feet of a zombie will shoot lightning bolts at it. Brushing against zombies while carrying will electrocute them. Durability is dramatically increased. When its just a handle it becomes an explosive. (DONE)
2. The sword that glows when orcs (zombies in this case) are near (DONE-kinda)
3. Explosive food (apples, brownies, milk, coffe/creamer, OJ) detonates on impact (DONE)
4. Stuffed animals similar to the IED but with a 5 second detonation delay and acts as a zombie lure (DONE)
5. A magic horse (Shadowfax) I would like this to be the stick pony but have been unable to make it rideable (Help needed)
6. Custom Gandalf/Ian McKellan soundbites (dumping sound files from EA Return Of The King) to change things like Chuck saying "Hurry Up" to survivors to "Hurry Up Frodo" in Gandalfs voice etc (In Progress)
7. Reskin to have a Gandalf costume (beard, hat, cloak) (Help Needed)
8. Turn Wacky Hammer into either Thor or PummelBlast (Pending)
9. Special powers (run faster, reduced damage taken, increased hand to hand damage and effect- knock zombies flying when punched etc) (Pending)
