Yeah we know about these. Audio for the unmarked missions. One being the ted boss fight and the two guys you randomly see hanging for their lifes over the palisade railings. There is quite a bit of unused audio stacey's VA did.

I think you also know about the old location of the missions(I'm talking about marked mission).

My Theory is

Capcom want to put unmarked mission marked but as a result, they change some unmarked.

There is a audio of lashawndra missions and highrollers.

and my second theory is

Frank was supposed to be the main character for the whole series because there is a audio of stacey message frank which is in the file but were removed in the final version.

Maybe it has to be something to do with fair. Maybe some fans think its unfair and want a different character or not OR Capcom started making the game somewhere 2008 or something.
