DR2:OTR game crash(case 1-1/2)

Hi, i have a problem about the crash.
Whenever i tried to go the plaza but of course, sullivan have to talk to you.

When the talk is done, i go to plaza and then this crash comes up with black screen.

Help me pls...

i'm using windows 8.

and i tried to run on windows 7.

but still got the crash.

Not sure what to say as I have never had the crash. The only time I got a black screen crash was due to the render setting ini file in the my games folder in the my documents folder. Try finding your dr2 otr folder in the my games folder and delete the rendersettings. May solve it weirdly.

That's not the problem.
I did that and it crashed.

I heard some people use windows 8 did not work.

I pick the guns or weapons leads me crash and when there's a mission, i pick up and it will crashed.

I don't use the windows game for live anyways. But i heard they update the crash on windows 8.....

This one i bought is old and it getting crashes.

I'm gonna buy the new one on steam.

Do anyone have the crash like this:

When you beat the three guys up(from the beginning where you take photo of),

This cutscene will show up Amber and Crystal, then loading.....crash appeared.

I'm pretty sure this one has a fix i think.
