Based off this: callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Spectrum_PackActual Texture: i.ytimg.com/vi/aD4Nx5l0h_Y/maxresdefault.jpgThe actual idea came from my squad in ghosts. The stripes represent fearlessness, skill, and ferociousness unmatched, bright colors show that there is no hiding anymore, the soldiers go in guns blazing. I don my squad in spectrum outfit and their guns also have the stripes, that means we mean business. So what I would want is simple: Create unique weapons and outfits that show up in the locker room. 1) Auto shotgun with texture replaced with spectrum camo, so it sports the stripes 2) Assault Rifle with texture replaced with spectrum camo, so it sports the stripes, bonus points for some sort of scope, like the merc rifle sports 3) Some sort of tactical outfit(and helmet) with the tactical vest, shoes, armored pads and other accessories, sporting rainbow stripes. Bonus effect of having damage resistance(nothing too overpowered, maybe 25% or so) I do not want a reskin of a already existing weapon or outfit, it would be ideal if the weapons and outfit pieces would be seperate, like another item altogether. I don't want to see all assault rifles or all soldiers wearing the stripes in other words, just me. It would mean a lot to me if somebody could make this for me. I'm no good with texture editing in DR.

Right. So If I wanted to do that myself, I would just unpack the weapon files, and then find the textures, open them up in photoshop, then edit, right? The Damage resistance bonus might be done later.
