So here we go. I finally got DR3 to work. It is laggy, like super laggy on this laptop due to it not being a gaming laptop, but I can still mod DR3 for the normal modding purposes. So anyway we know Capcom removed the day one dlc from the locker, but the model and animation are still there. So I swapped it over default Nick. But you yourselves can rename the files to another outfit that has a hat item as well as the chest, leg and feet parts. Also the Chuck hair item seems to work alright. It's a bit glitchy at the back when you turn around on the right side, but nothing else seems to be wrong with it. So I assume it was like that on the X1 version. So yeah enjoy anyway!
Also remember you don't have to swap the default out with this, it can go over any other outfit that has 4 wearable items (the feeto and feetu count as one item together since they are just the under and over version of the same feet item.)
So yeah enjoy!
Update: Here is a pic that show Dick in the Chuck Day One DLC outfit. Seems to suit him more than Nick honestly.

Survivor Re-enabler of the DR3 Day 1 DLC on PC
Good post! Glad to see I'm not the only one with the hair issue, I wasn't entirely sure if it was just my pc or not. I compared some videos of the x1 version with the models we copy over, and it is just the hair that seems to not be loading a texture with it, possibly an effect or something because if you compare the Frank haircut from x1 to pc its taller and thicker, but the jacket looks awesome in game!
I am sure the hair is fine for the Frank version. Also they just straight up converted it to PC. Capcom never edit their models when they port something. I'll have to test it out for myself. But yeah the hair works great, the clipping issue on the back of the head is not really noticeable unless you go nice and close to Nick. So I imagine the clipping was there in the X1 version too.
