I was pretty disappointed to find out that magazines don't affect the durability of combo weapons, which as a result have made combo weapons pretty useless compared to the unmodified weapons. So I've been googling for a mod that either allows the vanilla magazines to effect combo weapons, or adds in at least 2 (no more than 3) magazines spread around the bookstores that effect all the combo weapons, and so far I've had no luck.
What I want is a magazine mod that can either the former or the latter of the above, but not be overpowered, at least, no more than the magazines in the vanilla already are. I also would rather that not just have a mod that alters the combo weapons durability straight out. In short, I want something that looks like it would have belonged in the vanilla game. I'd like it for both Dead Rising 2 and Off the Record.
Is there either a mod already out there that does something similar to this or can one be made?
Thanks to whoever reads this for your time.

Yes this can be done for combo weapons with a certain code which tells the game which magazine the weapon gets effected by. I'll look into this later for you.

Thank you! I tired it on the spiked bat to test it out, and it worked perfectly. Now I'll have to alter the rest of the combo weapons... this is going to take awhile.
