First of all thanks to androu1 for making most of the original code for Skidrow,
I figured out how to get the DLC to work on Legit copies of the game. (IE the Steam version, as I don't think they will ever release the DLC for Steam users)
So far I've only put in the Firefighter outfit by putting all its .tex's and .big's into npcs.big (If you have the steam version the files should be in the folder dlc/data/Fireman) and then adding these lines to the bigfile.xml
then adding this to items.txt
And then finally this to safehouse.txt
And you should have the fireman outfit in the safehouse bathroom. All the special abilities work, such as new axe attacks and kicking doors open.
I did try to do this with the other outfits, but writing the bigfile.xml lines took a long time and when I tried to do it a quicker way for the rest of the outfits it would cause gibbeds tools to crash, so it's an error on my part.
If anyone wants to take the time to do it for the other outfits be my guest.
