Increased Field of View: DOWNLOAD DATAFILE.BIGOR Do It Yourself: 1. Unpack Datafile.big and open the file "camera.txt" 2. Default FOV is "43" 3. Hit Ctrl+H for the "Find and Replace" option enter in FOV = "43" for the "Find", and FOV = "60" for the "Replace 4. Hit Replace All button Should be ^ this many instances. 5. Pack up and Play BEFOREAFTER

does this crash the official CD version? Or was it me fiddling with the hex values that crashed it?

The FOV seems to only feel cramped if you're using a mouse and keyboard I found. But when I'm sitting back with a 360 controller everything is fine.
Quite odd.

It was most likely you fiddling with the hex values.I've also got the CD version and have had no problems with this or any other mods in general. ah..... cos it seems like only the torrent version could be modified to take out the BG blur (what i was trying on CD OTR),... (but that would make the problem for me to access GFW Live... )

I agree, original FOV is just right with a controller. (i can't even imagine playing a game like this with a mouse/keyboard). The FOV seems to only feel cramped if you're using a mouse and keyboard I found. But when I'm sitting back with a 360 controller everything is fine. Quite odd.
