I've been wanting to rip some characters from 2/OTR for XNALara, however a handful of textures I've ripped have me a bit stuck.
I've noticed some textures are strangely colored, looking like maybe they're missing a color channel or two, or something.
Examples: Reed and Roger's shoe cm textures are red, Leon's glove cm is very transparent, but making it solid shows that it's red and purple. I think mask textures are supposed to be greyscale, but a lot of the ones I ripped are cyan. But Leon's hair mask is green and purple, and his head mask is green and blue.
I feel a little dumb because I was confused as to what this might be about, but I realized that Leon and Anim's glove cm are both identical, so I assume that the game simply recolors the model, and the cm texture is just an overlay?
So I know that now, but the thing is, I don't... know how to use them. I'm not sure what color the game uses on the models, or how you're meant to overlay the texture to achieve the right colors on the glove.
How do I actually set, say, Leon's gloves, up, so that they actually appear correctly?

I've been playing around with the render parameters, vertex color, blend mode, adding the normal map and mask, etc in the Material Editor to no avail. Can't get anything to look like Leon's actual glove colors. I'm not sure what I should do.
(Sidenote: I'm ripping the cutscene models for higher quality. So I wouldn't be able to just use the textures from models-resource, because those are the in-game models, last I checked.)
