unlocking all costumes in the locker

Is there a way to unlock all of the costumes through modding without having to do the requirements to unlock them. I was searching the forum and I came across this thread

,but apparently this method doesn't work for me probably because I'm using the latest steam version.

There is also the mod I made that uses room 10, push a button and teleport to a room that will trigger the unlock for each piece. Combo Card Mod

You could just get a completed save file with all of the costumes.
