Any suggestions why Julius's body is all in black when a head swap occured? And what we could do differently?

Uh, thats actually Sullivans body that's in black. And thats because when I did that I forgot to swap the textures, so there's no textures for it to draw.

It was the Chad model that I switched heads with Julius, hence the rogue polygons.

Did you get it to work dengarde? The swapping heads of survivors, I mean. Reason I ask, is up to this point, I was under the impression that srv heads couldn't be swapped out without using a 3d model editor. If I'm wrong, its good news.

Yeah, changing survivor body parts for a custom mix is freaking me out, too. Don't know how to do that. Like, every srv_model has different skeleton and body parts and textures. Meh.
