A portfolio was found showcasing level design and milestone presentations on DEAD RISING 5, showing the game from 2017 running in Unreal Engine prior to being cancelled. These videos were intended for internal-use only, and have random songs replacing any gameplay audio. All of these videos were captured by Nick Sinkewicz, level designer at Capcom Vancouver from 2016 to 2017.(Source) > www.ndsportfolio.com/gamedev/dead-rising-5These videos show the game in a extremely rough state, and were never meant to be seen by the public.
Credits to -BNJ- for finding the portfolio!

What is your opinion about the small boss fight? E.g. in the CampStage video (0:29) you can see a ghost/zombie with a scythe

It reminds me of the "Mad Zombies" that appear in the phone version of DR1!

It's great to know that this could've-been installment wasn't completely lost to time!

This doesn’t even look like Dead Rising, besides Chuck, kinda

This doesn’t even look like Dead Rising, besides Chuck, kinda Yeah, even though I'm still glad to see that its remains wasn't completely lost, it's not what I'd call a step forward.
