ALL Unlockable clothing(and maybe DLC ones in the safehouse)

can somebody make a mod that does this?
example: Champion jacket,Wiliamette outfit,TIR Yellow outfit,TIR helmet,tattered clothes,knight armor (full set) and prisoner outfit.
ESPECIALLY THE T.I.R stuff cuz we CANNOT get them anymore..
