That outfit is standalone and does not replace any other existing outfit ingame.
It also works in co-op mode, both must have this modification installed.
The outfit can be found in the Silver Strip near the Underground
The installation is easy.
1. Go into the folder Dead Rising 2 Off the Record\data\models\
2. Create a folder named clothing
3. Extracts the files of Security_frank.rar and Security_chuck.rar into the clothing folder
Now it gets a little more difficult.
1. Unzip your datafile.big and open the text document named items.txt
2. Insert the following code
