Is it possible to change the names of the _cm _mask in the .tex so that the texture has a different name but the model can still load this texture? I wanted to create a custom outfit but unfortunately the textures overlap ingame so that the wrong textures are loaded because they have the same name. I have looked for helpful tutorials but unfortunately found nothing useful. Changing the UV-Mapping didn't help, either.

right click the file, left click the rename option, and name it the name of the file you're replacing

But with this method the error occurs that the wrong texture is loaded.
I think this is because the files in the .tex still have the same names.

It is possible to add new outfits without replacing the others. So I picked out the "CW DR Wily outfit for DR2 PC" from Solidcal I then inserted the models into the npcs.big and tested them ingame. But since the files in the .tex have exactly the same name as the Default Outfit the texture of the Wily outfit(pants) will be loaded at the default outfit

No, I think that's the case with all models. So that means If files in different .tex (pants_cm as example) files have the same name then it comes to the problem that just the wrong texture is loaded I hope you understand what I mean.
