Dead Rising 2 Off the Record: Chuck Greene outfit glitched

I have an issue with DR2:OTR that I cant find an answer for...

So you know on the console release of DR2:OTR, if you had a save file of Dead Rising 2, you'd unlock chuck's outfit for frank to wear...

I have DR2 and DR2:OTR on PC and im not getting the jacket in DR2:OTR.

I've searched around, i even tried to make a custom spawn for it exept im not good with X Y Z coordenants

If someone has made a mod which enables the chuck's outfit, could you link me the mod page.

Like the save file is intact, its the steam version of Dead Rising 2 and of Dead Rising 2 Off the Record and DR2:OTR doesn't detect the save at all.
