The tittle must say everything. This mod will replace all of the females with Bibi, and also, there is a little surprise with some characters.
You will see Bibis since the start of the game.

Back up your files before you do something, just in case you want to take away the Bibis.
Open datafile.big with Gibbed's.
Replace items.txt with this one
Repack datafile.big
Rename the folder
Enjoy.
