1.) Use the BIN unpacking program found all over this site to unpack your npc.big from your model folder. Make sure you use Gibbed.DeadRising2.Unpack.exe, sounds obvious but it can get a little confusing in there.
2.) Paste in the contents of the RAR. Included is the bigfile.xml that Wizard so thoughtfully provided.
3.) Repack it using Gibbed.DeadRising2.Pack and pop it back in to the original folder. I suggest making a backup of the original npc.big just in case.
4.) He uses chucks basic skeleton and anims so no replacements needed there.

Hi, this is my first time using Gibbed's stuff and I really want this model for Chuck but can't seem to get it working. I unpacked the npcs.big and threw the files in there, and made it into a RAR, but it won't let me repack it, the packer just crashes. What am I repacking exactly because I'm kind of confused?
-Unpack npcs.big -You should get an npcs_big file -Just put the "bigfile.xml", "chest_default.big" and "chest_default.tex" in npcs_big -Repack npcs_big, and normally, a "npcs_big.big" is created, just rename this file to "npcs.big"
@ jaky2008 the majority of mod requests are ignored. If you want this bad enough, I suggest learning how to do this yourself. That may sound cruel, but i am only trying to tell you the reality of the situation.
