Okay so I am working on making Chuck's psycho gear a new wearable outfit for Frank and Chuck (Yes I know Freako did a Osycho Frank outfit for Frank and I did ask if I could use it in a mod like the one I am having a issue with now.But the link no longer works) Well basically everything is working but the boots have got this weird black face on them. They didn't appear in 3ds max.So I have no idea how they came up.But I would be greatful if someone can help me with fixing this. Thanks in advance for the people who can help with it.

the black surfaces was the exact same problem Freako had a while back when importing the megaman outfit... you could try reaching out to him for the answer... I myself have never had the problem

You have to select and detach any faces that connect to other faces at an angle greater than 90 degrees then reattach them to the model but don't weld them back to the faces that were at that greater than 90 degree angle.
I don't know how to explain it any better than that.
