I finally decided to take 10 hours and attempt this. this is my result so far: Bob waves and has his "meeting chuck" dialogue. He respawns even when loading screens and location switches occur. However I've ran into a bug. This line needs to be placed before the dialogue and waving code itself yet it deletes the dialogue in-game. The icon to talk to bob appears, then disappears when the radius is reached. cMissionObjectiveBeAtLocation StopWaving { MissionWaypoint = "FORTUNE_EXTERIOR,-251.4,1.7,10.9" RadiusFromWaypoint = "4" }
I plan to give him exclusive missions that don't appear in the HUD until you talk to him, exactly like Case Zero. I would like somebody to reword a few lines of dialogue for me. If you're up for me, PM me. Anyways, pic:

I've figured it out. I gotta give Bob two different missions: one that lets him have dialogue and one that disables the waving.
