*look at pic of M16* ...*cries* .. I love you ... ;D looks awesome so far. I don't have the original texture in mind with its details .. did you use photographs for the enhancements? (if not, you should consider this option) ...man I wish I had more freetime. I'd like to team up with you for this.

so I tried to increase the durability of some bladed weapons...
- I went to the items.txt in the datafile.big - I searched the weapons I wanted and set their durability from 40 to 400 to test whether it worked or not... - well it didn't .. I thought by setting the value 10 times higher I'd increase the weapons life-span 10 times ... is that the case .. well seems not does anyone know what values are necessary/functioning?

looking forward to this.
my suggestions (on firearms):
- as said overall acuracy should be increased - for assault-rifles I'd say 120 of ammo (so it would be like having 4 mags with you) - reloading would be awesomeness at 100% purity but I don't think this will be easy to get ingame becasue the game never was supposed to have that feature (as far as I know)

I did the swap but it's not perfect... the revolver is slightly different positioned than the pistol. which results, that chucky hold the swapped revolver a bit weird. but you will only notice that when directly looking for it.
another thing a bit off is the fact that there's still a shell ejected after every shot - well revolvers shouldn't do that.
but nonetheless I think the revolver fits the enhanced damage better than the standard 9mm.

yeah I know about that but I'm afraid my knowledge about headers and getting them ends by the point that I know, that I need a header-file to convert dds's to other file-formats somehow..
could you possibly do another step-by-step about the process of getting the header into the modded dds-file?

I tried to swap the hockey mask over some glasses and the hygienemask but all I got was the mask in pure black - meaning it had no texture or something like that. so maybe another user could give it a try and finds something I oversaw, that is decessary to make the mask work... I really don't have the parience to search for all 130-something melee-weapon-items to use them on a zombie

I'm no fan of tex-mod so far. so wanted to make the reskins direktly... I extracted the textures of the katana I swapped for the broadsword and edtited the .dds file in photoshop. so far so well known and all right .. but.. how do I get the 4 .dds's back into one .tex-file so I can recreate the broadsword.big-file that I have to include in the streamedassets.big to get the changed skin ingame? any help would be highly apreciated

GREAT! is there some kind of readme for this available (for all the other things)? EDIT: works well... I swapped the katana from the twins-fight over the regular broadsword screens taken at the entrance of the americana-casino ... the katana doesn't fully fit the plate where the broadswords hangs normally but it works such as the normal one (broadsword).
hey wiz, do you know where to find chuck himself and his cloths? and more important, how to edit them (texture-wise .. I extracted the katana-.tex-file and there are only some strange files without any ending in it - also tried to convert the .tex-files directly with the RE5-arctool .. no positive results)

does somebody know where the values are for how fast the weapons are destroyed? I really would like to make some weapons last a lot longer - it feels just somekind of wrong, when a sword breaks after a few swings...
