is there a way i can get the already converted file for this? my repacking in Gibbed DeadRsing2 Pack wont repack the files back together. it keeps having an error. i need datafile.big rpcs.big files converted Most likely that it's a simple error on your part of installing it. Sending entire compiled .big files for that is a waste of time.

The rest of the hunting jacket textures can be found on a survivor. Although they're really low quality.

You're doing a terrible job with smoothing the faces on Carlito there.

Kinda surprised that they even work at all.
What you now have to do, is put an OTR cutscene into DR2.

First up, pretend here that this cylinder is our character model. On it we see that these faces on the top connect to other faces at a 90° angle. Any faces connecting to other faces at a 90° or lesser acute angle are the ones that cause black faces to appear 1. Click the face symbol 2. Select every face that attaches to other faces at a 90° or lesser angle. 3. Click detatch. 4. Click okay. 1. Unclick the face symbol clicked in image 2 and select the part of the model that you didn't detach. 2. Click attach. 3. Click the part of the model you previously detached to attach it. And then you can test it in game and the black faces should be properly textured! If the model was already rigged you may have to rerig these areas. This essentially unwelds the 90° and lesser connecting polygons which causes black faces. If you weld these faces together again it will cause the black faces to come back.

You have to select and detach any faces that connect to other faces at an angle greater than 90 degrees then reattach them to the model but don't weld them back to the faces that were at that greater than 90 degree angle.
I don't know how to explain it any better than that.

You don't need 3ds max to make a blank model, all you need to do is make an empty .txt and rename it to the same as a model file, and BAM! invisible model.
If doing it the way you and everyone else did it has been done since DR2... My god, how could have this gone on for so long without someone noticing the problems it creates?

Rodger is lame.
I should also point out that you're doing it wrong, you need to have one rodger model in the outfit and the rest as invisible models.
You're placing the model in the game about 20 times at once and it messes things up like the alpha on the hair.
Everybody keeps doing this despite me telling you it's wrong. Why?
