Credit to whoever did the zombrex dispenser mod for Dead Rising 2. This mod adds both a Zombrex dispenser in the kitchen of the safehouse and both Protoman's Armor, Blaster and Shield inside the bathroom of the safehouse too. I have tested this out before releasing and it does work. Remember to backup your original datafile.big before install this mod. And here's the string of text if you want to install these manually or include them into your own mod/whatever. Put the following in safehouse.txt after extracting datafile.big. cItemPlacement Zombrex

Awesome! Is there any mod that gives unlimited durability/ammo and unlimited health yet? I'm looking for one Me 2, gets annoying when a chainsaw just stops and disappears. |

About this, if you have any other mods installed, E.G. Free DLC, Multi-Mod. You'll want to put the manual installation text at the bottom, otherwise nothing will spawn, even the doors.

thanks for pointing this out stem, the reason was because there was a missing "}" at the end causing everything underneath the code to not spawn. I edited and fixed it so it should work no matter where you place this code now.
again, thanks for pointing this out and the OP's code should now work wherever in safehouse.txt

Yup. It's just i was playing and wondered where the safe room door was, and where sullivan's chair was. It looked funny though. Everyone was sitting on air!

Terribly sorry about not spotting it earlier... I haven't used it with any of the other mods yet like the ones your mentioned Stem... Must of not put the last } in the text when I posted it on here so it could all spawn.
I do hope it's all fixed and working now...

no prob, we've all done it. I looked it over and it SHOULD work, although I haven't personally tested it. Still a great release Kyzo

I got gibbed but when i try unpacking it gibbed keeps on crashing so i can't unpack it, may you help me with my problem?

My guide to gibbed.
1.) Put Datafile.big in the folder.
2.) Drag above file into Unpack. (Not unpack many)
3.) Wait a minute or two until the CMD window goes away.
4.) There you have it! You can now go inside the folder and edit things.
EXTRA 5.) Safehouse.txt for putting items in safehouse, and they are all like that. E.G. Safehouse.txt for spawning items in safehouse. Royal_flush_(Whatever it's called i can't remember) for the royal flush plaza and so on.

If this is the case, change the location of the Protoman Suit dispenser within Safehouse.txt contained within datafile.big to this: Location = "5.000,-1.067,19.400" Screenshot of new position:  I hope this helps you. |
