This datafile MOD is not a Trainer replacement per se, there is no God Mode or ability to stop the Clock (see this working Trainer-style MOD for slowing down the clock). Not all combo weapons have unlimited durability. The player is encouraged to continue eating food for health, combining weapons, utilizing magazines to boost gambling/health/etc... This modification was made to replace what a trainer was doing. Trainers gave everything away at the touch of a button, now you have to get it manually and still at the mercy of the clock (unless you use above mentioned Trainer.) There's something enjoyable about having to eat, or having to get that special magazine that doubles the healing benefits. Trainers make much of the gameplay elements weak or non-existent, and this is my alternative to the use of Trainers. Field of View ( FOV) is now 60 (default is 43). Weapons: Most Swords and a few other Melee weapons have Unlimited Durability and increased PP per kill. FireArms have had their Damage, Rate of Fire, Range & Accuracy increased. Most guns have Unlimited Ammo, except for HandGun & Shotgun as they are common. Also, some guns have been turned into Automatics, such as HandGun, Shotgun & Sniper Rifle. Also, Shotgun has had it's Spread increased. Uncommon guns have a chance to be carried & dropped by a zombie. Some weapons, such as the Rocketlauncher, now fit in your inventory. Many guns have different impact effects on the Zombies. Each gun still has a unique feel, not everything is 100% accurate, but all in all expect an action-packed zombie slaughter-fest! Combo Weapons: Many Combo Weapons have had their Durability increased, some unlimited (so as to not ruin the gameplay element of the workbench), also Combo Weapons give a lot more PP per kill, allowing players to power level. Few Combo Weapons have Unlimited Durability, such as the Teddy Bear Sentry Gun (also fits in pocket) & Super B.F.G. (aka The Power Level Gun), which gives 5,000 PP per kill - 10k PP if you have the Combo Card! Additionally, most all combo weapons give 1,000 PP+, and if you posses the combo cards you can get 2 - 5x more PP. Video here! Money Stacks: All Money Stacks give more than they should. What was $100 laying around is now $100,000. Get Rich Quick by destroying Casino Slots ( or playing them), ATM Machines & Cash Registers! Royal Flush Coffee Kiosk: On top of the Coffee Kiosk you will find a Chainsawbike as well as Clothing Dispensers for the following: Hockey Mask, TiR Champion Jacket, TiR Suit, TiR Helmet & the Complete Arthur Armor set. You will also find the Super B.F.G., Merc Assault Rifle, M16, Sniper Rifle, Rocket Launcher, Magician's Sword, Six Shooter, Shotgun, Handgun & Skateboard. Video here! I downloaded the file and put it into the data folder but, everytime I try to start Dead Rising 2 it says "Dead Rising 2 has stopped working windows is checking for a solution". Any Idea why? Try re-downloading it, you may have gotten it as i updated it, therefor it is incomplete on your end, causing the error.

Looks real nice. will wait till I finish the story mode first tho, as not to be too much of a overpowered pimp. But is it simple to do the money stacks thing? i want that so bad. Between Ante up and paying dumb fuck survivors just to save them, I’m always running low on funds. I can DIY, I just don’t know what files to modify. Lemme know if ya can. Cheers PS. How does one get that hocky mask? (Right-Click, "Save As") Here's the items.txt that will go into your datafile.big (after you unpack it with gibbed's tool), this items.txt is default EXCEPT it's money stacks are modified. I have a tutorial on my youtube channel if you need help editing your datafile youtube.com/ubtriThe Hockey Mask is normally only obtained if you use every single melee weapon in the game. Or so it is rumored. It's a lot easier to get with my mod tho, I put some nice clothing dispensers ontop of the Coffee Shop Kiosk in Royal Flush. Here's a new video

No clue, sorry. Are you using a trainer? Nope, no trainers, no nothing, just your mod. The game runs fine after swapping my original datafile.big back in my game directory. Ugh, this is so frustrating. Best I could advise is re-downloading my datafile and trying again, if it has the same effect then you are the one and only person I have ever heard of having a blue screen from what is effectively just a big config file... Sorry man! I wish this worked for you!

There is no change to zombie populations, you might try using my settings, or a variation of them - I get close to 40 FPS on average. My video card isn't very good. (my pc specs are listed on my blog, right hand side, scroll down)

Thanks a lot for your support! However I have yet to find a way to decrease view distance or things that might help with performance. That being said I would recommend GameBooster - helps me get an extra 5 or more FPS.

Thx a lot for your fast updates! And for the LMG with unlimited ammo. Love it! I experimented a lot with settings and fraps and the only way to get 20+ fps on my system is with low zombie details. Resolution is 1360x768 on my TV. That fits. Why do you use trilinear filtering? Anitrosopic is much better (sharper textures) and doesnt effect the fps even with my crappy old ATi-Card. (4x AF). I think if it would be possible to deactivate shadows completely, this can result in a good fps boost. Shadows are less important. Whatsoever, I did not see any visual difference between high and low Zombie Quality, strange. Again, thx a lot ubtri for your support!

I might be mistaken but I think Multisampling overrides normal Antialiasing.
Found this digging around.. "MSAA is better than FSAA because it will remove the aliasing of the entire picture no matter what is in it. FSAA will only remove aliasing from 3D objects in the picture."
So whether I use trilinear or aax2+ won't make a difference. This also explains why I get better FPS with my blur turned off...

Yes, Multisamling overrides normal AA. But AA is not AF! AF is texture filtering. Look at the textures in some distance with AF=4 and then with trilinear. You will see the difference. And yes, blur is in DR a heavy FPS downer.

That's a good idea for a new mod perhaps, something to go with a mod like mine! But the only way I could currently do something like that would be to remove gaining pp from using weapons completely, and then a lot of people might get upset

There's a large, large bug in Co-Op with someone who doesn't have the mod. See, for me, one of two versions of Royal Flush Plaza are loaded. One which is of your mod, without the Safe House doors, and one WITH them. Now, if the doors are THERE, I can't get through, therefore blocking all access into the Safe House. I also experienced a crash when someone was making a combo weapon in the maintenance room there. I'd fix this myself with your tutorial, the safehouse doors thing, but it seems like a bug that could affect everyone who plays co-op. I've also noticed that killing a zombie with a modded weapon I picked up drops connection for me, I don't expect this to be fix-able, but if so, could you fix it please? Oh, and very nice mod. I enjoy it alot. EDIT: I have an idea for this mod. Give Bacon an ammo count of infinite (lol), and an attack of instant kill. Although that would ruin the element of getting food. Maybe just give Bacon very little durability, but a one-hit-kill. I'd pay to see that.

Okay, well my experience and input from testers is that when you add items to an area, you will encounter co-op errors with people who aren't using the mod when it comes to opening doors. This is why my mod has doors removed in Royal Flush and Palisades. Let me explain: The areas I've added items too, I've removed doors that are integral to travel when you join another person for co-op. For instance, Royal Flush has had the doors leading to the safehouse removed. The only doors that do not have any problems are those with the command "TeleportOnUse = True" in their script. You can't expect to use anyone's mod and run flawlessly joining random people for co-op. There will ALWAYS be issues. Maybe they have mods that conflict, such as items placed in their safehouse.txt so you can't open their doors, etc... Regarding the bacon... No.
