I'd like to thank tommah for showing a way to use the effects without needing a default outfit. This basically gives you the ninja effect and all the animations that go with it. You also get the Psycho animations as well. You can modify speed as well using speedboost, but I do not recommend making Frank invincible through decreasedamagetoplayerpercent because for some reason we become unable to hit other psychopaths. Hope you all make good use of this! ;D
