Original DR2 DLC Bonus effects without an outfit

I'd like to thank tommah for showing a way to use the effects without needing a default outfit. This basically gives you the ninja effect and all the animations that go with it. You also get the Psycho animations as well. You can modify speed as well using speedboost, but I do not recommend making Frank invincible through decreasedamagetoplayerpercent because for some reason we become unable to hit other psychopaths. Hope you all make good use of this! ;D

1. Unpack your datafile.big
2. Open your items.txt and paste the code at the top.
3. Repack your datafile.big and your done

For some reason whenever I try to do this for ONLY the speed boost and the psychopath extra attacks it never works.
I can't do it without having to assign it to an outfit piece.

Any way to add the Fireman, Cyborg, Chef, Cosplay effects as well (without the need to wear the outfit)?

I'm sure there is, you just need to download the free packs then find them in My Documents. Should be in like Appdata>Xlive>yadda yadda something like that... I think I posted the location when I found the DR2 DLC

I like this mod a lot but it seems to also give every NPC the same power (speed, health, etc.).
